Booked in for an MOT and received a call to say service was due, which they offered to do whilst the car was in - great service
The problem was not resolved
Had my car collected by a lovely man . My rear fog light was failing and they did say the cost (approx 60) being as I'd had the car less than 3 months they did this as gesture of good will. I would have took this up with Mini if not done foc.
The job was completed to a high standard, and they cleaned my car too.
Air filter was delayed on delivery but service department made arrangements and met my needs.

Again staff support and friendliness. Appointment times were kept and prompt and my car was ready much earlier which enabled us to go on holiday in the new car.
Efficient and lovely people to deal with
Inconvenience of time off work to take hire car back, and still have warning lights showing, I've been told I have to take car back to have the key read. Why on earth do I have to do this, someone should come to me and do it !!

When I first order my car I wasn't 100% sure exactly what it was getting so the sales man Martyn created a video which he sent to me via email. This allowed me to see what my car would be like I was very impressed by this.
The lady who served me was lovely, even though she was full of cold.
In purchasing my third mini I then broke my hip and when eventually allowed to drive again the Mini Cooper didn't allow enough room for my to get in and out. The service team took the mini cooper back and I bought a mini countryman. Excellent.

It was initially difficult to find someone to order the car from! No one came up to us when we first came in. Communication was poor during the whole process, I had to keep calling to ask where my car was as I wasn't provided with any updates.
When car was booked in, was asked if we would like car washed and vacuumed, which of course we accepted. However car was returned without being washed or vacuumed out, which was disappointing.
Good service, good customer service & the taxi to fetch my car was an unexpected bonus :-)
I thought the whole excitement of buying & handing it over to me lacked any passion & enthusiasm, I felt I was just anther buyer and was not made to feel 'special' in any way what so ever. A lot of detail/options have been missed out being explained
