Would of given 5* but the only disappointment was whenever you call to speak to somebody in the body shop theres never anybody there...... called 4 times in one day.
Given answer in question one highly recommend

Excellent staff and I know that if I had any questions it would just be a phone call.
The service advisor Rebecca was very helpful but I was informed there was no oil filter available and would not be delivered until approx 3.30pm depending on traffic. I asked why no filter and was told stock showed one but none available.
I was very upset when I first arrived as I had an engine management issue on my car. I was reassured by staff that this was a common theme with new cars as they are not really tested for long distance driving on roads.

car was not ready for the time I had asked, when given the key the car was not outside so I had to return to service desk and ask where it was and the car had not been valeted as promised.
Amazing service, particularly from Abi, all the way through the whole process and even after I had picked up my new car. She is an absolute asset to Rybrook!!

I do feel as though the receptionist and the service advisor should be armed with the full facts and feel as though they should be armed with more information. The service advisor didn't call me back with the I information she needed to find out.

The car now has an annoying 'squeaky' brake pedal that wasn't present prior to brake pad and fluid change.
Becky was lovely as always, good price for all the work I had done always friendly staff and a quality job done.
Bad communication on the day the car was going in. No courtesy call or text to let us know that someone was definitely coming to collect the car. Had to call to check someone was coming.Then they sent a manual gearbox car instead of an automatic.

Receptionist brill work took to long , because i got another garage to fit brake oads at a 1/3 of your cost i would have to pay extra for you to switch off brake warning light

Pay for a TLC package but due to the car (programmed by Mini) telling me the incorrect information I was to get me 3rd service due to doing too much mileage
