Initially problem wasn't solved but after complaining it was.

Advised service would take 1 and a half hours. I had chosen to wait for the car based on this. Service actually took 3 hours. Work was done on the roof of my car without anyone telling me and asking if I was happy for the work to be done.

I had a relitively long wait to be seen when I dropped my vehicle off and when I picked it up. The car was cleaned as I stated above extremely badly. The tyre pressure warning came on the very next day I can only presume the tryes are not checked.

I was rather disappointed that there was no feedback and option for work to be carried out whilst car was with you. Maybe I am expecting too much from customer service but it makes sense to me to give option for work to be carried out in one visit.

Resolved my problem, kept me informed about progress & arranged for a courtesy car in the interim period when my car was off the road.
