Service provided was good. Getting to speak to service dept not straightforward. called at 8am to be told did not open to 8:15am but it stated 8:00am on website and I was told 8:00am when I called on Sunday.

The sales executive (Emma Wilson) was very helpful and friendly. She took time to take me through all the options and to understand what I needed. She made really good recommendations and I have come out with a car better than I had hoped to get.

Came in with a tyre puncture - receptionist offered a service which involved a tyre check. Made it clear I only had 2.5hours spare before an afternoon meeting and that I was waiting on site for the car. The service took 5 hours. Very cross
