Delivered much quicker than expected. Purchase was easy, questions explained. Showed different colours on actual cars so could make decision. Explained how car worked and even sent video to explain all controls.
Dropped the car off and was given a courtesy vehicle. Everything was explained as to what will happen and I was given updates throughout the time my car was in for repair.
The service experience was excellent and I was given excellent customer service. The service was conducted quickly, I received a video health check and the car was washed when collected. We were very impressed by service team and their ownership.
Very professional, always greeted with a smile. They added the personal experience. Nothing was too much to ask. Went above and beyond. And catered around my busy work to contact me in my lunch!

First visit as usually would be either travelling for work, or at our Birmingham office. I booked on line, then called as unsure that I'd booked the correct service. Excellent advice by phone beforehand, including how to access in restrictive times.
Extremely good service given by Shanelle Higgins she is always friendly and remembers my name as soon as I give my cars Registration. My car is always fairly looked at by the mechanics... and the show room is beautifully presented to customers.
Under Covid regulations it was so easy.
