Work completed without any problems and always dealt with in professional but friendly way.
Always treated well at the centre with friendly staff who go out of their way to help and explain details as clearly as they can

Because the blame was put on myself . The garage had driven it and there had been no problem but as I said it had only happened three times in a year so the probablility of it being driven once and it smelling was very low .

Always receive excellent customer service
The service was quick and easy to sort when I got to the mini centre but I feel the prices are too high.
As soon as it was completed I was informed, the car was ready & Nicely valeterd.
Had to wait a little longer than was originally told but still happy with the service

Initially booked in for brake service yet didn't have brake pads in stock so had to be without my car another day.

Once problem was found they sorted out very quickly
When I bought the car I was told this service would cost around £100 but upon day of service was told it would be £286, the cheaper price was for older cars.
Happy with the service given
Reported that the reverse sensers had stopped working again and the car has got to be rebook again because the service department wanted to check it first, therefore I am still with out sensors and the car will be off the road again.
